Oh Yeah... Happy Easter!

Yesterday was Vaughn's first Easter Sunday, and I guess since I didn't grow up with the whole Easter Celebration... well at least not exactly the same way , I totally didn't think about taking pictures or anything. It was a fun and busy day. Vaughn did really good despite having to get up earlier than usual for church and having lots of people at home for dinner.

He has been really fussy lately... Still teething! Does that ever end??? I finally decided those little homeopathic teething tablets were just not cutting it, so I gave him some good ol' Tylenol...that seemed to help. Last night he slept all night for the first time in a long while and he was in a good mood this morning. I have been volunteering a couple of mornings a week at church and he has been cranky with Ronna and Taylor (the girls who watch him while I am there). Any way, he did much better today, only cried a little.

I am starting to realize that soon he will no longer be my baby boy, but my toddler. How does that happen? It's like I blinked and my baby was gone. It's now less then a month before we celebrate his 1st birthday and I just can't believe it. It's such a cliche thing to say but it's so true - time does go by much faster when you have kids.

Well that's all for now... I have to go get something done around the house. I need to blog more often and I am taking baby steps towards it. Once a day is a lofty goal for me right now, so I am shooting for at least once a week, maybe twice on a good week!
